The beach has all amenities: lifeguards, sun loungers, parasols, showers, toilets, and wheelchair-accessible swimming areas. Along the promenade you will find various chiringuitos (beach bars) where you can enjoy fresh fish, paella and refreshing drinks.
The dunes behind the beach are part of El Pinet nature reserve within the Santa Pola Salt Flats Natural Park, a 2,496-hectare protected RAMSAR wetland site. The area offers beautiful walking trails with wooden walkways. Early in the morning or at sunset, this is a magical place.
